مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
Ma yalfithu min qawlin illa ladayhi raqeebun AAateedun
Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]
