لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ
La yasbiqoonahu bialqawli wahum biamrihi yaAAmaloona
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command
